Payment and Shipping Policy

CREDIT CARD CHARGES - IMPORTANT NOTE - CCVENUE
Products purchased from our website will show up on your credit card as charged by Avenues India Pvt. Ltd. .  Please make a note of this, and please do not contact your credit card company telling them you never ordered anything from this company!

WHEN ARE THE ORDERS SHIPPED?
Orders are shipped from Pune, India, after full payment is credited to our bank account.
Orders are shipped via Indian Speed-Post Services , which generally takes 5-7 business days, according to the post office. On a special advice and additional payment towards courier charges from the customers, we can ship the material by courier also.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Generally orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 days of receipt of order (or within 24 hours of credit card verification and credit to our bank), depending on the day and time receipt of order. Occasionally we have trouble accessing an order on the cart, or getting a credit card to go through. That will delay your processing time, usually upto 24 hours.
The closer you are to Pune, Inida, the shorter your shipping time will be, and may be less than stated above.
General Shipping Schedule:
Orders are usually shipped Tuesday and Friday.
Holidays: Processing & Shipping shifts ahead by one day, or to the next shipping date if a it is weekend.
VAT (Values Added Tax)
Currently Excise at 8.24% and VAT/CST at 4% are applicable to all our products in India.
