You can visit our website and fill-in our feedback form with all required details, to get support through email. In such communications mentioning your product serial number, customer name and address is must.

Products that are discontinued or more than one version old
Modular InfoTech current software products have been optimized for use with the latest hardware technologies. Unfortunately, there are inevitable compatibility issues when some of our earlier or current products are used with newer systems. It is strongly recommended that in order to get the most from your Modular InfoTech product, you upgrade your modular software package to the most current version.
