Click on the application you are working with.
In order to associate Keyboard Tutor with the application you want to use, press the key combination Ctrl + ~ (tilde).
Click on the button in the Shree-Lipi Keyboard Tutor that displays the character you want to type. You can see that the desired character is getting typed in the Application automatically.
To type a character in which you have to use the SHIFT key combination of the keyboard, click on the shift button. This will display all the shifted characters for the current keyboard layout. Now click on the button that displays the desired character. You can see that the character is getting typed in the application automatically.
