How to convert the job composed using Shree-Lipi 2.0/3.0 Fonts to Shree-Lipi 4.0/5.0/6.0 or Shree-Lipi 7.0 Font Format?

In order to convert the job composed using Shree-Lipi 2.0/3.0 fonts to Shree-Lipi 4.0/5.0/6.0 or Shree-Lipi 7.0 Font Format follow the steps given below-

1. Open the old Shree-Lipi 2.0/3.0 file i.e. Adobe PageMaker, MS Word etc.
2. Select text to be converted.
3. Copy text to the clipboard.
4. Start the Exchange utility. Select the language.
5. Select Shree-Lipi 2.0/3.0 as the Input Format and Shree-Lipi 4.0/5.0/6.0 or Shree-Lipi 7.0 as the Output format.
6. By Default, it will write the converted data to Untitled.txt file as well as update the clipboard. If you want to write to a different file, select the file from Browse option.
7. Click on the convert button
8. Wait until the message confirming conversion is displayed
9. Open or Place the converted file in the respective application.

Please note that it is not possible to convert English data along with language data. It has to be replaced manually. After conversion you have to re-layout the job.
