1. Auxiliary fonts are given for following languages-
a. Sanskrit
b. Telugu
c. Oriya
d. Bengali

2. Why we provide auxiliary fonts -
o Due to the complexity of the language, it is not possible to accommodate all the characters in 8 bit font for Bengali and other mentioned languages. We have accommodated the left out characters in an Auxiliary Font along with the SL7 font layout. To install these fonts, enable "Auxiliary Fonts" option in Modular Font Manager while installing the fonts.

Bengali fonts have the names as SHREE-BAN7-xxxxA
Oriya fonts have the names as SHREE-ORI7-xxxxA
Telugu fonts have the names as SHREE-TEL7-xxxxA
Sanskrit fonts have the names as SHREE-SAN7-xxxxA

3. How to type auxiliary characters?
While using the characters, put activation key (scroll lock) OFF and then type the characters as per help given.
For Help go in Help & select Auxiliary Typing help in Shree-Lipi application.
