1. Check whether License Number, License key and Password you are typing are exactly same as provided.
2. Check for Spaces, Capital letters etc.
3. If it is still giving problem then Run setup again and select option "Already registered" in the registration form and enter correct Password there. Mostly you won't get this error again if your MID values are not changing.
Invalid Password message is appeared.
