How to give effect to background color to the selected text in Roopa 3D?

On clicking mouse on this button, a “Fill Effects” dialog box appears on the screen. The user may choose any of the fill styles by selecting options in the tab sheets. The tab sheets contains the choices of Gradients, Patterns, Textures and Images styles. On completion of the choice, the dialog box disappears and the complete background of the main form is filled by the fill option exercised by the user.
