Settings in PageMaker:-
1. Open 'Adobe PageMaker' application.
2. Click on 'File'.
3. Click on 'Preferences'.
4. Click on 'General'.
5. Click on 'More'.
6. In More option, uncheck "Use Typographer's Quotes" option. Click on OK button.
