Yes, it is possible to make the dynamic fonts of Shree-Lipi 2/3 layout. But in Internet Explorer some characters have problems, square boxes may appear in those places. So it is recommended to make dynamic fonts with Shree-Lipi 4/5 layout font or Shree-Lipi 7 font layout.
