From Desktop -

1. Windows Key + Tab = Aero [press Tab to cycle between Windows]
2. Windows Key + E = Windows Explorer is launched.
3. Windows Key + R = Run Command is launched.
4. Windows Key + F = Search (which is there in previous Windows versions too)
5. Windows Key + X = Mobility Center
6. Windows Key + U = Ease of Access
7. Windows Key + M = Minimize All Windows
8. Windows Key + D = Show/Hide Desktop
9. Windows Key + Up = Maximize Current Window
10. Windows Key + Down = Restore Down / Minimize Current Windows
11. Windows Key + Left = Tile Current Window to the Left
12. Windows Key + Right = Tile Current Windows to the Right
13. Windows Key + # = Quick launch
14. Windows Key + + = Magnifier
15. Windows Key + Home Key = Minimize Everything Except The Current Window
16. Windows Key + Shift + Up = Hitting these three keys will vertically stretch an active window to the maximum desktop height (the width of the window, however, will stay the same).
17. Windows Key + Shift + Down = restore the window to its previous dimensions.
18. Windows Key + P = Manage your multiple-monitor setup more efficiently with this handy shortcut. Windows + P opens a small overlay that lets you configure a second display or projector. You can switch from a single monitor to dual-display in either mirror or extend-desktop mode.

From Windows Explorer -
1. ALT + P = Preview Photos on the right in Windows Explorer
