Open the file which contains the unknown text. From the file, select some text and Copy it. Open "Font Layout Manager" from Shree-Lipi group. Click on 'Detect Layout of UnListed Fonts'. Then Detect Layout of Unlisted fonts window will appear.
1. Select the Script- Select Script from the drop-down menu showing 'Select the Language'.
2. Input Text- Paste the text in 'Input Text' which you have copied.
3. List of Available Layouts- It Shows all layouts to verify the font of text.
4. Output Text- It Shows the text in Readable Format. It means that, the currently selected layout is the resultant layout.
Open Exchange Utility from Shree-Lipi Group (Where you have installed)
1. Now Copy Unknown text from your application and Open Exchange Utility.
2. Select Source as 'Clipboard'.
3. Select Language as 'Devnagari'.
4. Select Input Font Format as 'Select the font layout which has been detected in Font Layout Manager'
5. Select Output Font Format as 'Shree-Lipi 7.0'.
6. Click on 'Open Converted File'.
7. Click on 'Convert' button
8. The converted file will get open in notepad. You can select the text and apply "SHREE-DEV7-xxxx" font of "Shree-Lipi 7.0" layout to the text file or copy converted text to the respective application and then apply "SHREE-DEV7-xxxx" font of "Shree-Lipi 7.0" layout to that copied text.
Please note that it is not possible to convert English data along with language data. It has to be replaced manually. After conversion you have to re-layout the job.
